Follow the journey, stop by stop

1. Day 0: you hit the checkout button

   Woohoo, it's official!

   A confirmation email lands in your inbox in a flash. Spotted a delivery date during checkout? That email seals the deal on it, and whatever date your confirmation email says is the one that wins, not any estimate you noticed while window shopping.

2. Days 1–5: boxing it up

   Boxed up and handed off to the carrier

   We get every order out the door in between 1 and 5 business days once you've ordered, and loads of them zip out even quicker. The second it leaves, your shipping confirmation (tracking number included!) flies over to whatever email you checked out with.

   Feet up, nothing for you to do here. Our business days are the weekdays, Monday through Friday. Weekends never sneak into the counts anywhere on this page.

3. Day 5: where's my tracking?

   Time for a spam-folder treasure hunt

   Business day 5 is over and still zero tracking number? Pretty often it's just snoozing in spam or junk, since filters love snatching up shipping confirmations.

4. Day 6: hasn't shipped yet

   Good news: we're already on the case

   Order still sitting tight on business day 6? Our team has already clocked the delay and bumped it up to fulfilment, so there's no reason to go chasing us.

   Hang tight for 3 extra business days after that. Somewhere in that stretch, you'll get an email with news on your order plus the tracking number.

5. On the road: the quiet bit

   Tracking taking a nap? Totally normal

   If you're still between 7 and 20 business days into a US delivery, or between 10 and 25 for international orders, tracking that just sits there is expected, not a red flag. Meet the four everyday culprits:

   1. The first scan shows up fashionably late. Lots of parcels don't get scanned until they roll into a hub in your region. When carriers are swamped in peak season and handling parcels in bulk, that can take a bit, and until that scan happens your parcel isn't formally on the carrier's books.
   2. Your door gets the first scan. On some routes, delivery is the one and only scan you'll ever see.
   3. The tracking database is playing catch-up. Its records lag behind wherever your parcel actually is.
   4. Some shipments just aren't trackable. Standard International is the usual suspect. It's still cruising toward you and will show up by the very end of its window, business day 20 for the US or 25 for international.

6. US day 20 or international day 25 has passed

   A five-day extension, pretty please

   Tracking still frozen after that window? Give it 5 bonus business days. Slowpoke orders almost always turn up right as that 20th or 25th day hits, or a touch after.

7. US day 30 or international day 35 has passed

   Tag, we're it

   We'd hate for you to be stressing over a late order. We've got a team keeping watch over really long delays, and once it gets this far your order lands on our fulfilment manager's desk to get sorted.

The delivery-date math (it's easy, promise)

Start with the day we expect to ship it, tack on the transit time, and boom, there's your delivery estimate. That's the entire recipe.

• Transit time comes down to your chosen shipping speed.
• Transit only counts business days, which means Saturday and Sunday sit on the bench, unless you had a weekend delivery pick at checkout.
• Holidays get baked into the count as well.
• Spot an “order within” timer? Order before it runs out and your delivery should land by the date it shows. Heads up, the date it shows might still shift before you finish placing your order.

Free shipping vs. expedited

• Free shipping. Shows up in between 7 and 25 business days. Here's how we keep the price at zero: orders get processed and sent the most budget-friendly way possible, so yours might chill for a bit before it gets going. Not shipped yet? No stress, it'll still arrive inside that window.
• Expedited shipping. This one's a rare treat, since we keep prices wallet-friendly by not sending everything the speedy way. When it's on the menu, you'll see it as a choice once you reach shipping at checkout, and it gets to you in between 7 and 15 business days on US orders or between 10 and 20 for international ones.
